Information From Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies
Described in detail in Section 2 below.
2. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors use it, and deliver and measure advertising — including ads run through Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API
The Site uses the Meta Pixel and/or Meta Conversions API. These tools allow Meta to collect information about your visit — such as the pages you view, actions you take, and device/browser information — and to share that information with us in aggregate or de-identified form. This data helps us measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, build custom and lookalike audiences, and show you more relevant ads on Meta's platforms. Meta may combine this information with other data it has collected about you. You can learn more about how Meta uses this information in Meta's Data Policy and manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Other Cookies & Analytics
We may also use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to understand Site traffic and improve our marketing. These cookies generally fall into the following categories:
- Necessary cookies — required for the Site to function properly.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with the Site.
- Advertising cookies — used by us and our advertising partners (including Meta) to deliver and measure relevant ads, and to limit how many times you see an ad.
Your Cookie Choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also manage ad personalization through:
- Meta Ad Preferences: facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings
- Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
- Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out: aboutads.info/choices
- Network Advertising Initiative opt-out: networkadvertising.org/choices
Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions and may reduce the relevance of ads you see, but it will not stop ads altogether.

- To discuss coverage options and provide insurance quotes.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.

- Meta Platforms, Inc. and other advertising partners, for ad delivery, audience building, and performance measurement, as described in Section 2.

- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
5. Health Information Disclaimer
This Site is for informational purposes only and does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through online forms. We do not request or store detailed medical history, diagnoses, or treatment information through the Site itself. Any health-related details you choose to share are provided directly to Zachary Hyman by phone or during a private consultation in connection with shopping for insurance coverage, and are handled in accordance with applicable insurance industry confidentiality standards and state law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain business and insurance licensing records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
